GCC Federal Services, LLC, was established as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, experienced in all aspects of the government contracting and acquisition process.  Our company is located in a HUBZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone) in McHenry, Garrett County, Maryland.  GCC Federal Services provides contract administration and acquisition support services to the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, the Federal Communications Commission, and the Department of Homeland Security.  Our employees possess years of training as well as experience in procurement and acquisition contracting.
Our company is composed of a talented team of professionals providing a wide range of acquisition and program management support services.  GCC Federal’s customer base is composed of federal and state governments as well as private industry.
Our current customers have very similar work requirements and have very specific personnel qualifications.  Typically, we hire senior acquisition professionals with at least 10 years of experience, most of whom are Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II or III certified, have high dollar value warrants, and possess an excellent understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as well as other statutory and regulatory requirements.  GCC Federal Services is very aware of potential conflicts of interest (COI), and takes the necessary steps to ensure all of our employees abide by the highest ethical standards.  Our acquisition support personnel are typically firewalled from the rest of the company through segregated organizational structures, and all of our personnel have signed required Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with our customers to protect competition sensitive and proprietary data.GCC Federal Services will not only use all available resources to find the best possible candidates for the job, but we will also communicate with our other acquisition specialists to ensure that we are implementing the latest industry/government best practices.
